Ameliorated Estimating focuses on producing detailed cost estimates for building contractors and trade measures for sub-contractors. We charge by the hour at a rate of $50/hr + GST and can offer a variety of services including:-

  • Budget Cost Estimates
  • Builder Specific Cost Estimates
  • Trade Specific Cost Estimates

We use professional program CostX by Exactal Technologies to produce our estimates and can produce marked-up drawings in 3-D format to show you the areas that have been measured.
